The Formula we use works on any platform where your people hang out: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, etc.
Inside the program we:
- Pick your primary platform based on what you enjoy + where your buyers are
- Choose one secondary for repurposing
- Apply the same Convert > Warm > Attract system across them
If you never want to touch Reels again and just want spicy LinkedIn rants that book clients, that’s valid.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for 2–3 hours per week:
- 60 minutes for the live call
- 60–90 minutes to complete that week’s action and submit in Slack

What if I can’t make all the live calls?
Life happens. Here’s how we handle it:
- All calls are Thursdays 2–3pm BST on Zoom
- Replays are uploaded within 24 hours
- Your task + any templates are shared in the portal and Slack
- You can submit work and questions in Slack for feedback even if you watched on replay
You’ll get the most from Formula Hun by coming live when you can, but we’ve built it so missing a week doesn’t throw your whole engine off.
